Are the fans preinstalled onto the radiator, and if so, are they installed for intake or outtake?

The fans are NOT pre installed.  Both sides of the radiator are threaded, so fans could go on either side, but really it depends on the case and how it will mount.  I have the cougar panzer case for example.  The radiator is in the top inside of the case, the fans are on the top outside of the case, in a pull configuration.  As much as I would like the fans on the bottom of the radiator to push, they would collide with the motherboard in this case, when installed here.

Does it comes with RGB fans and if not, can I use any other RGB fan in the market with it ie: thermaltake or corsair models?

Did not come with rgb fans, but i removed the fans on it and installed Corsair. Any 120mm Fans should work

Does it come with a fan splitter?

It comes with a 3 to 1 splitter that daisy chains the three 120mm fans together.  The single end plugs into the motherboard (mine was labelled CPU_FAN).

Question 4

It states it works with ASUS Aura, but it comes with a 3 pin 5v connector. Using this with my Rog Strix Z390-e gaming motherboard does not allow me to control the RGB on the pump with ASUS Aura. (Currently controlling it with the included remote)

Am I missing something?

For me, it didn't show up directly in Aura Sync as the AIO, but as "Add Strip". I have case RGB, two strips and the AIO all under a single "Add Strip" option. X570 Asus board. Aura is finicky and may need an uninstall, restart, reinstall.

It does! The layer of paste is thin, which I'm thinking about now replacing after a few days to maybe lower the temps a bit, but it does come with paste.

Yes it should. That socket is listed as supported on the DeepCool product site under the specs info.

using a asus ROG 6 board and the fractal design meshify case..will the fans reach the front from the cpu mount?

I installed this cooler in the meshify case (with fans at the front of case) with a different ATX sized motherboard (X570 Aorus Elite) and there is plenty of tubing to run to CPU.  You should have no problems.  Swirling colours on cooler look great as well.

I don't have a threadripper, but I have an i9 and a RTX2070, the temp doesn't get over 60d Celsius
