Question 1

Would one strip light a full tower case nicely or will it take 2 or strips to make it more of a complete lit look? Wasn't sure it it needs to placed on the top and bottom &/or the sides. I want the light to be complete & even.

for a full tower i would recommend at least two if not three. bare in mind this particular strip is not a true white led. it'll have a slight blue tint and a rainbow effect if it bounces off something weird. i ended up ditching these for the cable mod white leds. they're a little brighter and true white.

Will this light strip plug directly into the 4-pin header on MSI Mystic Light motherboards?  (JLED header)

The easy answer is yes. If you're looking to "control" the light with any sort of controller I'd suggest intel designed for it. It's a simple on/off power draw, but I chose to run mine from the supplied connector and off the power supply cable. What I will say is that this strip puts out a really nice light! It's brite, but not overpowering with a slight blue hue to it. I'm beyond happy with it and I suspect you will be too.

Will this stick to the Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ATX Mid Tower Chassis Case?

you can test this if you have a fridge magnet, try to stick it where you would want to put the lights. DON'T USE A VERY POWERFUL MAGNET. DON'T PUT IT WITHIN 4 INCHES OF ANY HARD DISK DRIVE. as long as the area you want to put it is steel and not aluminum or plastic it should work just fine.
