is Wifi 802.11ac?

Dell shipped this model with 3 different WiFi cards at the time the product was sold.  All of the cards are the M.2 style  1 inch square.  The WiFi cards are easily accessible from the bottom of the case and you can purchase better models if the one you receive does not have the specifications you want.   The models  shipped were: Dell Wireless 1560/1550/1540 WiFi, Intel 8260, 7265, 3165, and 7260 WiFi, and Dell Wireless 1707 WiFi/Bluetooth.   
As a refurbished model, your configuration might vary depending on the original purchaser's requirements.  I have purchased a half dozen of these and I usually got WiFi using the Intel 7260 card

What is the screen resolution of the E7450?  1366x768 ? 1600x900? 1920x1080?

1920x1080. Everything is pretty small at that resolution though; actually by default Windows applies the 150% scaling factor, which works well I think. If not you can always go back to 100% (lack of) scaling and adjust the resolution; e.g. selecting 1600 or 1366 will relatively enlarge everything.

DELL Grade A Laptops appear to be fully refurbished products.  The last 5 I purchased appeared to be new  from the users perspective.
