I just bought 2 of these:
-240w power supply
-memory is DDR3 (NOT DDR4 as stated), 16GB DDR3 1600MHz max RAM is 64GB per Cruicial (4 slots)
-not sure on PCIE, but I installed a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GV-N105TD5-4GD 4GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 ATX Video Card and my daughter is playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare with no issues (medium settings)

To the seller, the description needs edited for the DDR type. I just received 2 of these and the DDR type is DDR3 1600MHz , not DDR4?
