Is this desktop good for streaming?

That is a tough question.  Streaming relies on connection speed more than any computer component.  If you want hi-def images you probably want a better video card than this has and more memory as well.  If you just want to watch Netflix or some movies, this should work.

Does this have wifi or just ethernet?

Just Ethernet.  If you want WI-FI you'll have to get a dongle or install a half-height wireless card.

why is the graphic card info often missing in the specs? Am I stupid or something?

No your not... you know the saying: if you cannot say something nice, don't say anything...
These boxes have no separate graphics card in them, The graphics card is some intel on-board chip that  shares the memory with the CPU.   I believe there is some bus for a half-sized graphics card, if you want to spruce up the system... As it is a pretty decent  office machine...

This PC does have support for dual monitors. You would need DisplayPort support for your monitor. If your monitor only supports HDMI or DVI, you would need to get the appropriate adapters for it. (HDMI to DP  or DVI to DP)

Can I add a 1TB IDE drive to this box?

There is only one Internally Accessible 3.5-inch SATA drive bays for Small Form Factor.  Therefore, you can only replace (not add) another 1TB SATA hard drive.  If you have an IDE drive, whether it's a hard drive or CD/DVD drive, and your motherboard has a SATA connection, you can still connect the IDE drive to the motherboard. You can purchase an IDE to SATA adapter to convert an IDE connection to a SATA connection to connect to the motherboard.

Does this system come with a Keyboard and Mouse?  Does the installed Windows 10 include the license or do you have to purchase the license to activate Windows?

Yes, It includes the keyboard, mouse and Win 10 license. We use six of these every day.

How many USB 3.0 ports does this box have and where are they?

I think there are 4, two in the front and two on the rear.  You cam always tell the USB 3 ports as the connectors are blue, not white.

both are half height slots on the rear. If you plan to need legacy PCI ports, you'll need to get the mid-tower chassis.
