if you put in a usb wifi adapeter can i get internet?

Certainly!  Your usb wifi should come with any needed drivers for Windoze to recognize
it and  then if you are near a WiFi Access Point and have a password you should be able
to connect and have what ever the AP is providing, usually an internet connection when
near a hotel for example.  I.E. you still need an internet provider to connect to with the
WiFi module you plugged into this computer.

Which 24 inch Dell Monitors will work with this?

If you look at the pictures and look at the back, you can see you need a RGB type connector. Any monitor that has that type of connector will work. It's a shame to buy a high end HDMI monitor when the connection is the simple old fashion RGB type.

Question 3

Does this come with a CD or DVD drive? It looks like there's an "eject" button on the optical drive bay, but no mention in the specs.

It clearly says in the specifications it comes with a dvd drive, it would have taken you less time to actually read the specs rather than to ask people a question you could answer yourself.

Question 4

Does this include a physical restore disc, or is there a way to make a windows disc? The reason I am asking is that I have a 1TB HDD that I would like to replace the HDD and make the one that comes with it a slave drive if there is room. Also, is there room for a 2nd HDD? Thanks.

There is room for one more harddrive under/besides the optical disc drive.
