Yes, came with keyboard, mouse, and ethernet port.  However, only has USB connections for accessories... the mouse sent with unit was PS2 - no big deal I threw it in the junk box, and used an old USB mouse.  For the price, this unit can not be beat.  These were most likely corporate computers, no frills.  Windows 7 PRO 64 and no bloatware, adware, or other software.

Bought this for my 75-yera old Mother, her computer died and the 'big box' store wanted $250 to replace the power supply. That one was running windows 8 and several years old.  It is now a doorstop.

She just needed webmail and internet.... and this DELL was priced right and Windows 7 PRO-64.  Bingo, no brainer for the price.  I installed virus protection and updates.... plug-n-play to her internet box.    These units do not have wireless ethernet.   Except for the PS2 mouse that came with it, everything is good.
