Is it DVI or DisplayPort? Pic shows one, specs say the other.

The two I received have DisplayPort/VGA.  I've since ordered a third but it's on the way.  So far so good and the price is right for simple, straightforward XP replacement machines in an office environment.  They're tiny, though!  Mini machines!

Can you replace the hard drive without buying a new Microsoft License?

The easiest way to keep the OEM license and operating system, and replace the HDD is to clone the original with a software like Acronis True Image. There are also free solutions such as EasUS ToDo Backup and Seagate Disc Wizard for Seagate Drives. You'll need a toaster or external drive chassis and the software. Do a search for "clone a hard drive" for many, many tutorials on the process.

Does this computer really come with DDR3 memory?

Yes, DDR3-1333 - 1x 4GB stick, 1 spare slot. not sure how fast of DDR3 this CPU can support, but for a simple workstation, this computer is not bad!

is this upgradeable, Processor? Memory?

This unit came with one 4GB stick of RAM, with an extra slot available for upgrading.

as far as the CPU goes, there seems to be a decent heat sink, but the power supply maxes out at 180 Watts, so I do'nt know what you could really upgrade to, but if you stay in a similar TWP rating as the Core 2 Duo E8400 (and the same socket type of course) you should be alright.

What are the case dimensions?  What #/type bays and slots does it have?  Thanks!

I bought two of these. They are ultra small form factor, which is VERY compact. It doesn't have any PCI slots but has two USB 2.0 in front, DVD, Network connector (RJ45), 5 USB 2.0 in the rear, VGA, parallel eSATA, and another DisplayPort connector, not sure what that is. Sound and mic. 
Dell has a spec sheet if you search for the model.
The dimensions appear to be 9.4"H x 2.6"W x 9.3" deep.
