Does it have a PCI express slot? i want to buy an extra card but it is PCI express.

It does have a PCI express slot, but be aware of the following..

1. The slot is low profile and only has a room for a card that is 21mm thick.
 2. It has a 235W power supply so keep that in mind as well.
 3. It also has a low profile PCI slot.

Can this be upgraded to Windows 10?

Yes, it can. I tried out the free upgrade through Windows Update in Windows 7, and it upgraded to and ran Windows 10 without major issues.

How many USB ports and are they 2.0 or 3.0?

Two on the front and six on the rear--all USB 2.0.

Per Dell's tech guide on these, they use DDR3 non-ECC and should be used in pairs of matched memory size.

can u unscrew this and place in a deepcool tesseract case if so what tools specifically would i need?

I'm trying to get a computer that will connect to an HDMI input on my TV. What type of video out does it have? Or can I install a video card that will support HDMI out?
