is this computer wireless?

No, there is no built in wireless network adapter.  There is a Gigagbit ethernet port built in for network connectivity and you can obviously install an internal wireless network adapter easily enough OR (even more easily) get a USB network adapter and install that.

Does this computer have a wireless internet connection?

Mine has no "connection" (eg, a port of some kind) but it does have  wireless capability.  It is connects to our wifi and through that to the internet.  I don't know if the one currently offered is or is not identical.

Question 3

Will this computer be good enough to run four users at once? Currently employed at a car dealership. Will just be using web based. Not high end applications. I already found an application to add up to four users.

It should be fine, as long as you aren't all trying to play World of Tanks or some other bandwidth sucking game. Four people logged on and doing simple web searching and spreadsheet or word processing shouldn't clog it up.

What wattage is the power supply? I am wondering if it will support a decent graphics card.

No this machine will not support any add on graphics cards that require an external power source from power supply. But it already has a decent built in graphics. I improved machines performance by changing hard drive to an ssd drive. Big difference.

Can you upgrade the graphics card or is it integrated?

The main board has an integrated graphics processor that is exposed as an SVGA output.  This graphics processor does a fine job for general use (home business, small business, enterprise desktop) purposes. A graphics card could be added using the half-height PCIe slot. The PCIe slot will need to be used as the main board does not have a dedicated graphics card slot.

Does this Optiplex 780 unit have a display port or DVI connection?

The picture new egg provides does not appear to be the same picture that I find in Dell's Technical Guide for the Optiplex 780.

The Newegg image is the correct image. This model is an older refurbished DELL model and it only has a VGA connection for video.

-Will it accept a VGA monitor plug on the built in video?
-I see two answers for whether or not it has built in wireless/WLAN- the specs say it does have WLAN - can any owner confirm this?

This particular model is an older DELL model. It only has a VGA video output and a ethernet connection. No built in wireless.

There is no "memory" card slot on this computer. Are you talking about the memory that goes onto the motherboard?

How much does it weigh?

I am not sure.  It is a small desktop unit.  Large laptops usually weigh 7- 8 lbs, whereas large desktops are usually 40+ lbs.  This is somewhere in between, probably 20-25 lbs, but that is just a guess.
