Does this support a Daisy Chain configuration on Display Port? I tried and it only mirrors across the two monitors, doesn't even detect a 2nd monitor. I have two monitors which only have Display Ports or HDMI, how can I achieve dual display if Daisy Chain doesn't work?

The OptiPlex 790 supports up to four simultaneous video displays across small-form factor, desktop, and minitower chassis with dual PCI-express slots. However, it appears that Daisy Chain configuration on Display Port is not supported based on your experience. You may consider using a dual DisplayPort or HDMI adapter to achieve dual display.

The item didn't mention Wi-Fi or ethernet connections. Which or both?

mine had an ethernet jack but no Wi-Fi .  my other desktop has built in Wi-Fi but I never use it because I have a combo modem/router for my internet service from a cable co.

Any USB-3 ports and what are the video ports?

No usb 3.0 ports. I added 4, with a pcie card. 1 vga and 2 dvi. Onboard hd graphics was not smooth enough for me, even with a ssd. I added a cheap pcie gen 2.0 hd graphics card. With a low end ssd, mine boots Windows 10, to login screen in 12 seconds. Pretty zippy general purpose computer. Not for gaming.
