This supposed "Grade A"  dell 970 sold and shipped by Newegg and advertised as "refurbished" it was in actuality simply used. it was in very very bad shape, very dirty inside. The cooling vents on the processor heat sink were completely blocked. the PC appears to have come from a corn products refinery or concrete plant or an area where there was a great deal of fine white powder. it was on everything. the board , fans , vents drives were completely coated. Apparently the Computer had simply been resold, not refurbished. Newegg is not allowing me to post a honest review of this product. I suspect many reviews are filtered and deleted by newegg.   but if you search flicker profile peacockdesigns2009 you can see photos of the Actual condition of this PC, it was nothing like the sample photos.
