Does this printer have Wi-Fi and or Bluetooth capability?

It does have wifi capability if you hardline the printer to your network. Once hardlined we are able to print from handheld and laptops that are on the wifi. I cannot speak to bluetooth, as I have not attempted to use or try that feature.

Does this come with all the trays as shown in the picture?

Only the bottom is a typical paper tray. The top part opens up and can be used for a variety of things, like photo paper, and it adjusts to accomodate a variety of sizes. I am not sure how many pages this section will hold at one time, but it appears to be enough. The bottom is a typical paper tray which will hold more than one pack of paper at a time.
