Going to be running multiple computer monitors, computer has USB 3.0. Will this monitor directly connect or will I need to purchase something else to make it work?

This monitor only has a VGA connector. So unless your computer has multiple VGA ports, it will not work. Most PC's only have a single VGA port unless a second video card is installed and even then only one of those can be used at one time. You could purchase a VGA to USB adapter, but I haven't used one so I can't speak on how well that would work.

Does this product have VGA and DVI? Mounting holes in the back?

3 of these are less than two hundred (on sale) because it's the cheap-o bundled w/ tower, mouse and  keyboard bundles. As such, only the VGA input (universal fits), so sound. I do see four threaded holes in standard square spacing (Zoom the backside pic in the image gallery) so you'll probably see "VESA 100mm" in the spec list on Dell's website.
