Yes, but not much, the image shown is with it tilted back, and that looks like about as much as it tilts.

It only has a VGA connector so should work with any PC.

Absolutely not. This is an Ultrawide screen with an aspect ratio of 21:9. It's also 10" bigger than the Dell

Didn't do any calibration at all. The OOB settings were pretty nice. For my needs it was great--if a gamer of graphics intensive work you might want to calibrate it.
