Pros: non-glare screen, VGA and DVI inputs, VESA mountable, nice resolution, decent brightness
Cons: Out of the box color characteristics a little weak
Overall Review: I needed a smaller high resolution monitor with a good non-glare screen and the VESA mount provisions. I saw this on sale at Newegg for $99 with free shipping, the reviews were generally good, so I gave it a try.
I have played around with it now for a number of days, and I am quite happy with it. The build quality looks good, and the performance is certainly good, but especially good for the price. The 1600x900 display is excellent, and is exactly what I needed in a monitor of this size.
Pros: I picked up 2 of these at $99 a piece. They are bright and clear. I just finished mounting them to my new desk setup and I'm really happy with the results. They are really light, so minimal strain on my desk mount.
Cons: At first the on/off buttons seemed sticky, I don't know if it was because they where new or not. But now the buttons work with ease
Overall Review: I plan on purchasing another one in the near future to complete a triple screen setup.
Pros: Although it does not have HDMI, I knew that before purchasing. I do like the monitor even though it does have some faults, but none worth complaining about at this priced monitor.
Cons: Really wish it was height adjustable.
Overall Review: For the $ I spent on the monitor, I wish I would have purchased 2.
Pros: Purchased this monitor for use with a dell optiplex system I upgraded. Am currently running Linux on the computer and everything looks sharp, colorful, crisp, and with a good resolution.
Cons: On second thought, I should have purchased a bigger monitor, although, this one does the job well. I'll have to wait until the 4k retina display monitors come out before buying a bigger monitor.
Overall Review: Good price, although am still waiting for retina display monitors to become mass produced.
Pros: Nice monitor for the price. Bright and clear.
Cons: None really...height adjustment would have been an added bonus.
Pros: Nice bright and clear picture for the price. Like that it comes with both types of cables. The stand was kind of vanilla in that it tilts but no height adjustments.
Cons: No height adjustment
Overall Review: I am very happy with this monitor for its price.
Pros: The color out of the box is great. It comes with a DVI cable which many other monitors leave out. The monitor has clean looks, and did not cost and arm and a leg.
Overall Review: It lacks height and pivot adjustments, but i knew that when I ordered it. The VGA cable comes attached, but is removable. If you have the money go for the Ultrasharp or Profesionial series.
Pros: Good price - sharp, crisp imaging - low power consumption. When on sale or discount, its main shortcoming is more forgivable.
Cons: Very poor color accuracy. All tones are cast towards the green and coolish end of the spectrum, most likely from the particular LED back lighting implementation used. Most noticeable in any video or photo presentations. Unnatural with flesh tones in particular. Expect no warmth, even with calibration.
Overall Review: This is a fine, high-value monitor for general office and routine desktop uses, such as browsing or word processing. It is a power sipper. But look elsewhere if photo imaging or color accuracy is what you are after.
