Yes it does. There is a plastic cover over them, but it is easy to remove to get to the screw mounts.

There are slots on the bottom edge of the monitor to install a soundbar.  You must get the specific soundbar that fits this monitor.  I don't own a soundbar, but from Google, it looks like the part number is:  Dell AC511
