Yes, it is touch screen.  We use it without the included mouse and keyboard. It is a full PC too, not a tablet.

Does this computer have the standard VESA mounting to hang on a wall type bracket?

Nope! There is no mounting attached at all.
It is a simple all-in-one machine that is compact in size for a PC user
to use.  It is slow according to the hardware spec.

It does not come with a DVD player but I've attached an external DVD player to it via one of the USB ports.

The specs say its not a touch screen. Is it a touch screen? Can you use the HDMI port to see your desktop on a TV?

It is a touch screen. We use it without the keyboard and mouse even though those were included.  I've not tried to use the HDMI port so I can't say for certain that it would work but I don't see why it wouldn't.
