Pros: Good specs for the price. Probably a good machine if you don't plan to upgrade Windows.

Cons: Windows upgrade (now called Add Features to Windows 8.1) fails. Spent $99 for a Windows upgrade and only get a screen saying "Something went wrong". Not very helpful. Dell refuses technical support for this product. Does not appear to be newegg's fault. Exchanging for a Lenovo.

Overall Review: Expected better from Dell.

Pros: Very Fast; light weight for a pc; almost seamless from unpacking to initial launch; LOVE the 12GB RAM!!! I will be purchasing a second one for my backup pc; built-in wifi is a big plus as well

Pros: Unit works! (Note: This is a third purchase. The first two units, which were not Dell, were DOA.) The computer is quite and boots quickly, and let me reiterate, "It works."

Cons: The computer comes with a lot of "bloatware". Apparently, this is a fact of life regardless of brand. A good "uninstaller" software package is required. Unfortunately, Windows uninstaller is inadequate for the task. Keyboard is trash. Why not give a $1 discount offer for the computer less keyboard.
