Dell, reliable manufacturing products. When I received the Dell is like brand NEW. all original packages still in sealed bag, like has not been touch.
Works like a Champ. Very happy with my Dell.

but if you want to buy another 4GB of laptop memory, you can select one and add to your cart and you'll receive later. but you may need to open the laptop by yourself and add the additional memory by yourself as well. but not sure if this will void warranty.
