My system came with a single 8 gb memory module.  The motherboard has two memory slots, so upgrading to 16 gb is as easy as purchasing a second 8 gb memory module.

I have not tried using a VR system but I see no reason why it wouldn't work with this Dell.  The graphics are wonderful and I get great performance while playing various online games such as World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online and Star Wars: The Old Republic.  The synergy between the AMD motherboard, graphics card and Ryzen 5 CPU is amazing.

can it run games like GTA V,CSGO, And PUBG on at least medium to high and have at least 50 fps?

I can personally say that CSGO and PUBG run very well on high settings out of the box. With 8 more gigs of RAM, I was able to run BF2 at 50-60 FPS on the highest settings. I havent played GTA V, but according to Game Debate, this build should run it just fine on high settings (for 1080p gaming)

Yes it does have WiFi and it is exceptionally easy to use the WiFi. This computer is fast to boot up as well.

Can it run linux (debian based distros specifically, but applies to any distro i guess) with no driver issues? I need to dual boot for linux.

I have found that Debian specifically has the right drivers for almost all computers and graphics adapters. The community is fast at updating drivers to work with new computers. By the same token Ubuntu and CentOS also are quick to release updated drivers for new computers.
