Does this have a wireless card? don't see anything in the specs.

Mine did and I suspect all do.  Because these are off-lease they may have slightly different configurations, but they have at least what is listed in the item description.  For example, mine had a larger hard drive and more memory than listed.  It did not have a web camera.

Are these 64-bit?

Yes the laptop is 64bit capable with 64bit Windows 7 Pro loaded. There is no Windows 7 DVD so you have to make a rescue disc out of the existing software. Support is by the company enclosed and not Dell. You have ability to reinstall Win7 from the hard drive OS partition if it crashes. Mine hasn't crashed and I installed Windows XP virtual machine on it.

not necessarily, it all depends what the warehouse had in stock at that time. Those are optional extra, so they don't put it in the spec, then you can't complain when you receive on that doesn't have those.

Screen resolution is 1366 x 768

It has a dedicated ATi Radeon HD 8500m video card, and the A8 processor also uses some of its processing power to act as an 8550G when needed to improve video and gaming performance. This feature can be turned off, but for many purposes it performs much better when left on.

I own this laptop but I need to install a new hard drive so I need the windows 7 iso and product key. I tried the product key on Microsoft's website and it basically said to contact Newegg. How do I re-install windows on the new hard drive? Thank you!

Your best option, assuming that your old HD still runs, is to clone the drive with either the software that comes with the new drive or something like Macrium Reflect.  You will need a USB attachment for the new drive.

If the old drive is fried, you'll probably need to contact manufacturer.  This may or may not involve being on the phone with Newegg for several hours to get hold of whom to contact.

3 USB Ports, 1 VGA port, 1 fire-wire port and 1 proprietary HDMI port that requires a special cable from Dell. Hope this helps!

what about the condition? is it has a lot of scratches or corner damaged like on the picture?? If it look like the one on the picture or worse, then we basically buy flea market stuff.

Mine had no scratches or dents, no damage on the screen, only noticed some crumbs underneath the keyboard, was able to clean it out with canned air. I'm sure with refurbs, each one sent out will be different... all depends on the original owner before it got sent back to Dell.
