Yes, by adding a separate video card to one of the PCIe slots.  This would provide higher quality video.  Since it already has 2 DisplayPorts on the back, it would be much easier and cheaper to use DisplayPort to HDMI cables for your monitors, especially if you're not comfortable opening the case and installing components.

My monitor has only HDMI and no Dispaly Port.  How would I connect my monitor?

Easy, rather than your HDMI-to-HDMI cable, purchase a HDMI-to-DisplayPort Cable!
