Does this unit have a sound card included? I cannot get any sound out of it at all; not even on my monitor with speakers.

it has onboard audio out on the green jack . it could be disabled in the os . if it does not work check the bios and make sure it is enabled . if you cannot get it to work and cannot return it you can get a cheap low profile sound card ( pci ) and install .
