Which version of windows is this 32 Bit or 64 bit?

64-bit is required to use over 4GB of RAM. This has Win 7 Pro 64-bit installed with a copy if Win 8 Pro 64-bit on a DVD if you want to wipe Win 7 & replace w/Win 8.

It has two video out ports.  One is a vga port and the other is a display port.  The vga port uses a standard vga cable.  You will need to buy a display port adapter for whichever cable you want to use for the other monitor, whether it be dvi, hdmi, or vga.

does this computer connect wireless? Also, does it come with outlook or any other programs?

No, this computer does not come with integrated wifi.
ASUS USB-N13 WiFi adapter is inexpensive and works very well.

The computer is preloaded with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, and whatever Dell applications are preloaded.

Microsoft Outlook is not included.  Outlook is part of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and is program separate from Microsoft Windows.  If you're needing Outlook, you'll have to purchase at least Office 2010/2013 Home & Business version.  The Home & Student version does NOT include Outlook.

This configuration of this computer, the fact that it is a Dell computer, has a 3 YEAR DELL PRO SUPPORT WARRANTY, and the low price, is a GREAT DEAL!

Can on use two monitors?

Yes, one using Display port and one using VGA;  Check your monitors to see if you have one with Display and one with VGA connections.  There are cables to convert from Display to VGA if both your monitors have VGA and no Display.
  I did have to contact Dell support to get a newer driver (or something) as I recall.

This machine has a Windows 8 Pro license and Microsoft allows you to downgrade to Windows 7 Pro using the same license key as Win8 Pro.  To find out more, Google "Windows 8 downgrade".

I understand this PC has a network adapter, but does it have a wireless adapter factory installed?

Do I need to install a 3rd party wireless adapter if I don't want to connect a network cable?

Yes you will need a third party adapter for wireless as this only comes with a wired NIC installed.

Can I add dual monitor card into this system?

Yes, we set up dual monitors.  The computer has vga and display port for video.  We purchased a display port to vga adapter (from newegg), connected the monitor, pressed start and the computer set up dual monitors on its own.  Minimal display adjustment required for brightness.

Can you burn CDs and Dvds with the Dell OptiPlex?

Writes to CD as is.
DOESN'T HAVE DVD/BLU RAY BURNING DRIVE or the software.   Must be purchased separately.   Room to install additional drive and software. ..so easy, a cave man can do it!  Great PC for price.

I have the computer, but have not install it yet. Does it have Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word? What else is included?
