Does the Key board and mouse come with it?

Yes. As shown in the picture, the computer comes with a keyboard and mouse. Note that they're both fairly cheap and low quality, but they'll do the job. They are both USB, not PS/2.

Do you know if this has wireless internet capability?

This machine does not have any built-in wireless adapter. If you want to connect to wifi, you'll need an external USB adapter or a PCI/PCIe internal adapter.

The computer has USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 on both the front and back.

For me this was a Grade A it was not Refurbished it was new!  Works fine for me.
