Does this have one HDMI port?

This unit has both a DVI and standard RGB video monitor outputs, but the refurbished Dell unit came with a DVI-to-HDMI converter cable and I used that to connect to my monitor. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons that output failed about 2-months after I bought the unit and I have had to revert back to the standard RGB connectors to the monitor. As the says goes, your mileage may vary.

Can I install a PCIe Add-in Card with M.2 SSD to this system?

If you can find a low form factor (low profile) PCIe card, then you should be able to do so. I know they make full profile cards that do this, but I do not know if there are any low profile ones.

Are there any expansion slots and if so what kind?

Three.  1 16 PCI Express and 2 1 PCI Express.  Of course this is small form factor so make sure you get the appropriate card.

What type of memory does it use if I want to add memory and can you add 2 internal hard drives?

It uses standard desktop DDR3 RAM modules. According to the specs it maxes out at 16GB ram (probably requires 2x8GB modcules).

It is a small form factor, and there is *NO* space for adding a second internal hard drive. There is only space for a single 3.5" HDD drive.

What is the wireless speed of this unit, N or AC?

This unit does not have wifi built in. Instead a usb dongle was supplied with it and it was only til N I beleive

Is it easy to hook up a dual monitor to this unit?

This Unit has 2 Displayports. It doesn't get much easier.

Why are so many refurbished?  Will I know what was done for the refurbishment?  Can you tell me the top 3 things done for this model for refurbishment?
