What video card comes with this desktop?

it has onboard video, not much good for anything but basic. my wife has a 16/10 vga monitor on a similar machine, works fine. this is no gaming machine anyhow, although if you put in an inexpensive SSD it will perform much better than the designers could have imagined. should run Windows 10 without hassle, definitely runs 7 (more bloat than 10)

Question 2

The system came with no restore Windows 7 neither Driver CD. In case my system is crashed how can I restore my system back to manufacture restore?

Personally, I created my own restore partition. I'm not sure if there's a more user-friendly method that's more automated. You can rely on either a mirror drive and just remove it or disconnect it, create a disk image (one that splits it into more manageable file sizes so it can be stored in the cloud or on a few DVDs), or rely on a backup method that can restore from scratch. Unfortunately as a refurbishment, I'm not sure if there's a "manufacturer's restore" available. This may just be me though, I didn't look into another method for restoration.

can you play gmaes on this or do you need a video card?

Well, heavily depends on the game you want to play. It's onboard video, so it can play older games or less graphic intensive games just fine. but if you want top of the line, high resolution games, you'll probably need to upgrade the video card at the very least.
