I no longer burn discs, so I can't say. This system is 32-Bit not 64 as the add stated. Overall I am very pleased with this unit.

Dose this come with MS Works?

I purchased this in 2013; at that time, the only software it came with was Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed.  For an office productivity suite, I bought a year subscription to Office 365; I've been pretty happy with it.   Big upgrade from the Works 2003 I was using.

is it easy to back-up files for transfer down the road to another tower and how do you do it?

Would this be compatible with my current Dell Photo 964 printer ?

I am not certain, but as long as you have the install disk and can update drivers, it should work?  The computer runs well but I've not put a printer on it.

Does this include a mouse and keyboard?  The picture shows them, but the description doesn't mention them.
