Does this come with an OS install disc?

The one that I received did not.  I looked for a way to burn installation disks like the option you'd get with the purchase of a new PC but couldn't find any way to do that either.  What I did was use the Backup and Restore program to create a system image of the PC and can hopefully restore the computer from that image if I ever need to reinstall the operating system.

Is this processor 64 bit?

The unit I received came with Intel E7400 2.8 3MB Wolfdale 65W which is 64 bit Instruction Set

Does this unit have a wireless card?

No it does not, only a LAN connection. For wireless you would need to either purchase a separate wireless card or a wireless USB device which is how I have mine connected. Works well especially for the price.

No does not have WI-FI built in. It does have Ethernet jack for cabled network interface, but to use on wifi network interface must be provided by end user. USB wifi adapters are readily available at newegg.com and are very reliable.

does it have a HDMI Port ?

No but it does have a Display Port socket in addition to the VGA one, you can get a display port to HDMI or DVI cable, you can also put a PCI or PCE express video card in.

So is this OS 64 bit or not?

OS included is only 32 bit.  The system is capable of 64 bit OS, but that is not what is included.

Can you confirm that these are one of the Optiplex 760 models (MT, DT, or SFF) and NOT the "ultra small form factor" (USFF) model?
The MT, DT, and SFF models all have solid black front panels, a full-size DVD drive bay, and a VGA port -- while the USFF model has a black&gray front, slimline DVD drive, and no VGA port.

It is not a desktop model (DT), the desktop model is bigger. This is the small form factor model (SFF). It supports regular DVD drives and 3.5 hard drives.

Are the memory slots on this full or can it be expanded to 4 without removing memory?

There are 4 slots total. Two slots are occupied with 1GB RAM apiece, and 2 slots are free for expansion.
