Will it support an additional ssd hdd?

It would not be an easy slam dunk. There are 2 SATA headers on the motherboard. One is used by the HDD and the other is used by the optical drive. There is an unused 3.5" bay in the front panel that could hold a 2.5" SDD with an appropriate caddy (extra). Then, if you disabled the optical drive, you might be able to use the corresponding SATA header and SATA power for your SDD. I'm not sure whether those cables would reach the front panel. You might need cable extensions (extra). Or you might be able to find a SATA card that would give you a couple extra SATA headers. Again, you might have to deal with getting a power connection to the card, and SATA and SATA power connections to the SDD in the 3.5" front panel bay (extra). Replacing the existing HDD with an SDD is a bit iffy because the current HDD caddy also has an integrated fan. Also, This MOBO does not support SATA III if that would be an issue for you.

Can I upgrade the memory?

The OptiPlex 760 Computer Memory RAM can be upgraded up to 8GB. Upgrading the RAM to the maximum will ensure that your Computer is able to offer optimal performance.  The Dell OptiPlex 760 has 4 (4 banks of 1) RAM expansion slots, where you may install new memory, either by removing the existing installed RAM or adding memory to the free slot available.
