Question 1

Does this computer have a integrated video card  I  need one with a non integrated video card with at least 32mb of ram?

They all have "Integrated" VGA video capability. If you are speaking of 32MB on the video card, that's not much this day-in-age. If you are looking for HD video, you can add a (Low Profile) video card, but here is the sticker; the physical space allotted for expansion cards is VERY limited. The heat-sinks on HD video cards tend to be pretty large. This is because they tend to draw more current, thus generating more heat. Also, this requires that the power-supply be able to supply this additional current drain. Finding a workable match will be your problem.

Question 2

The description indicates that this unit has a Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz processor. Aren't these processors 64-bit?  If it is, then why is it loaded with Win 7 HP 32-bit?

The computer should be capable of either 32 or 64 bit.   You could upgrade it, but I left it 32 bit so it would be more compatible with some of the older software that I intend to use on it.

Does this machine have a network card included?

There is a wired network connection in it, but it does not come with a wireless connection.

Does anyone know if this computer has a parallel port?

I wouldn't have thought it did, but I looked and there is a parallel printer port.

what software is preloaded? Microsoft office? Windows mail? etc

The only programs that come pre-loaded are the programs that are included with Windows 7. No MS Office.

The computer has been operating flawlessly since I received it. There is no writeable CD/DVD drive which surprised me. You have to remember that this is set up as a business machine not a home computer, but I am using mine as a home computer with no problems..

Do ypu include monitor with this PC?

No monitor included. Just the tower; the mouse and keyboard are cheap too. The mouse was broke before it left the warehouse and they put it in a new box and shipped it anyway. The computer has been working fine though.

Is this DDR2 or DDR3 ram?

Engadget (1st webSearch hit) say a Dell 760 has PC2-6400 or PC2-5300 modules, DDR2
