Can this computer handle software like Daz3d for animation and rendering?

Although this meets the minimum system requirements for Daz3d, you will have a disappointing experience if you try it without an add-on video card. You don't need to spend 300 dollars, but you need a decent, half-height video card and you will be OK.

Can I write/create  CD or DVD ?

This has a DVD-RW, so yes it is capable of writing to CDR, CDRW, DVDR, DVDRW.

Does this connect to WiFi with out extra accessories?

No, it does not have built-in WiFi. I used a Laptop USB WiFi Adapter plugged into a USB3 port on the back of the  computer. It works just fine with my home WiFi.
