No, the main board does not have wifi built into it. A wireless pci card or usb wireless can be added.

It is a short tower, not a full height, but standard mid height.

It has two 3.5" bays.  One has the shipped HD.  The other is empty.

Yes, it has 1 PCI slot. Mine came with a firewire (1394) card in the slot. It does have 2 display port connectors that be converted to hdmi with an adapter.

Yes, there is a place to add another hard drive. It would require some plastic rails that have to be bought separately.  Yes, there is a slot to add a graphics card with about 9" of space for the length of the card.

This item lists 16 GB DDR3, but is it 1, 2, or 4 modules? Does this system support up to 4 slots? I am asking to see if I can just buy 2 additional modules to upgrade the ram or if I'd have to buy all new modules..

The system has 4 slots and are filled with 4, 4GB memory chips. IF you want 32 GB of memory you will need 4, 8GB modules. Hope it helps?
