yes, but it was not registered, still no big deal, it had clear instructions how to enter the product key from the Windows Product license/sticker located on the outside of the PC.

Unit was in very good condition, it was easily set up and functions fine for our home use
....fast start up and operating speed...my wife uses for: communication with relatives, paying bills, and internet information.....no problems...recommend without hesitation.  Working
with NEWEGG was easy...this was our 2nd purchase from them. Dave B.
