What RAM should I buy to add to this? I would like to upgrade to 8 GB.

This computer uses DDR3 Synch DRAM Non-ECC 1333MHz RAM.  All the sizes have 4 RAM slots except for the Ultra-Small form factor which only has 2 slots.  Not knowing what is already in the machine, the simple answer is to get two 4GB DRAMs.  If it already has four 1GB DRAMs in it now, then you'll need to replace two of the four to get 10GB total.  If it only has two 2GB DRAMs already in it, then you could either:  a) get two more 2GB RAMs to get a total of 8GB, or b) get two 4GB DRAMs and have a total of 12GB.  You have some flexibility here.

is there room for a 2nd HD in this mini tower?

Yes, sort of. There is a two drive cage toward the bottom front, with one drive already installed with the OS on it. So you have space for a second drive, but there isn't a second HDD plastic adapter needed for the HDD cage. There is also an open 5.25' bay open under the DVD drive where you can mount another drive if you have a 5.25 bay to HDD adapter. I put an SSD and moved the Windows partition to the SSD. Because I mounted the SSD under the 5.25" bay, it left the HDD cage open for a second HDD.

Would I be able to swap out the HD with an SSD?

Yes! Purchase an SSD and use the software that is usually included with an SSD to clone the contents of the HHD to the SSD and uninstall the HHD and replace it with the SSD. I did this on mine and utilized the old HHD as a data drive. Simple to do. Works great.

Does it have wireless internet connection??

No wireless, and two of the four mobo SATA connectors didnt work. Comes with one HD and hard to expand because you need Dell's proprietary HD trays to add more HD's.  Not impressed

What is the wattage of the power supply?

I bought this computer new and as I used it I found it worked well but the power supply is custom built and hard wired into into the base of the PC.

I did not find specs on the power supply and I saw no way to replace the supply except to ship the entire PC to a repair facility - at my cost.

I suspect this part of a well known batch of Dell PCs where the original Dell power supply had very low quality regulation circuits and diodes. One morning I turned on my PC and all four supply diodes made a very loud popping sound and each of the power diodes showed signs of burning - actual indications a serious failure mode.

I wrote Dell and asked for help but no response.

I have not bought a Dell product since and will NEVER buy another Dell product.

Dell would not acknowledge the power supply failure mode but did replace some "special customer's" supplies at no cost.

I also buy far less from Newegg than I did in the past.

The description says desktop, but the image is a Mini Tower, which is it? I want a mini tower with the following expansion slots:
2 internal 3.5”
2 external 5.25”
1 full height PCIe x16
1 full height PCIe x16
(wired x 4)
1 full height PCIe

Its definitely a mini tower.  I can really help much on the slots as this is just another of for the shop floor.  The only think I can tell you is that a full length video card wouldn't fit because of the internal drive cage.

Question 8

Is is possible to add RAM to a computer you plan to purchase before you ship it to me?  The one I am considering has 4 GB and I wanted 6 GB because I run Quickbooks on the PC.

I just called and asked the same question and was told no, although you can buy the extra memory and pop them in yourself. My question is what memory sticks will work?
