Does this have the Radeon x600 graphics that requires an adapter cable/dongle to connect to your monitor? The Radeon graphics card doesn't have the usual VGA or DVI connectors on it, so you must use the dongle to connect monitor(s) to the proprietary connector on the graphics card.

If so, is it included in this package?

Mine came with only a VGA connector. It did not require a dongle, but there is no option for DVI or HDMI. The system is compact and is thin, so you might have trouble putting in a graphics card. I tried to put in a modern compact card with DDR3 memory and it simply won't accept it, even when I adjusted the bios. I had to make a slight modification of the outside case lid [read cut a small hole in the side of the case] of the computer to allow the cooling elements of the card to fit in the case, even though the card allowed a modification to go down to just two connection ports [HDMI and DVI] to allow for the back slot to fit into the computer slot.

4 GB is the max. Mine was 64 bit, but the system board/controller limits memory to 4 GBs, from all I've read. I tried to install 4 GB of PC-2 800 MgH RAM and it would not run on it. Back to the 2 GB PC-2 533 MgH Ram preinstalled.

Does it include a 7 restore disk?

Mine did not, but it has a restore disk program to make one after you load your system from the restored 80 GB disk included- only problem was that the CD/DVD ROM is a read only unit; it does not copy disk, so it was useless in this regard. You have to back it up to an alternative drive.

Yes, it has an ethernet port.  Not sure what you are referring to about the ip address, since that would be assigned either manually or by the network it is attached to.
