Pros: All specs as described. I have ordered three of these now and they all had 2TB HD instead of 1TB as advertised. Nice bonus! They are fast with little to no bloatware installed. All three looked brand new out of the box with no cosmetic issues. Inside the electronics were clean with no visible dust or dirt anywhere! From initial startup to fully updated and operational was 2 hours. This included installing Office and other key business software. Considering buying more of these for our business!
Cons: Customer service is bad with this company. One of the computers arrived DOA with a bad fan for the CPU. Startup hardware check immediately caught this problem. I immediately initiated RMA proceeding with Advanced Skyline Technology who is the seller and refurbisher. It has been one week and no returned emails or phone calls! I have left several messages for the RMA department. THANK YOU NEW EGG for having an amazing return policy. With two short clicks I had an RMA with Newegg and a label for return.
Overall Review: I would absolutely recommend this tower for anyone looking to keep costs very low and have a quality system. Just beware of any warranty issues with this company. I will update the review and increase the star rating if the company contacts me any time soon and makes good on the warranty policy.

Cons: These are used computers. The vendor didn't have the decency to even clean these. There was label glue all over the top of one of the computers. The other was dusty. They randomly "blue screen". They are both noisy! They were packaged badly. The vendor does not offer a refund, only replacement, Of course the shipping charges are on you. Steer clear of these guys!
