This particular dell monitor does not have any height adjustment, only the view angle is adjustable.

can i use a vasa mount?

No.  This monitor doesn't have the vesa screw holes on it's back.  However you can Google (Dell Model and Vesa worked for me) for a U shaped bracket that fits into the slot where the stand goes that does have them.  It was fairly cheap, but the only way I could get it mounted to the wall.

Can you recommend speaker or soundbar for this? I will usually be using my headphones.

I use a bose media center which has a sub and 5 speakers but that might run you some dough.

can I put this on a dual monitor stand?

I do not see any mounting type holes on the back that would allow for a dual stand. It only came with its traditional type slot stand a shown in the picture. Unless there is some other type of dual monitor stand that accommodates this, I would say no.
