I am interested in using this monitor to replace two 24" monitors. Can this monitor be rotated 90 degrees (long edge vertical), and the screen split into two displays - one on top, one on the bottom?

These stated dimensions are quite confusing ~ 18.99" - 24.89" x 27.04" x 8.54" w/ stand 17.60" x 27.04" x 2.28" w/o stand What is the 17.6 dimension - height? - That is what I am hoping....however the measurement above it with the stand shows 18.99 - 24.89 height - what the heck does that mean?
