How many memory slots are on the motherboard? Can the RAM memory be increased beyond 16GB?

2 8GB sticks, and yes because it's 64bit, 32bit only allows 4GB

On the video card - What is the hookup options?

Hi Brian! I bought this in mid January, and have loved it! The video card has 3 connectors on it: VGA, HDMI, and DVI. I drive two monitors off the card ( one with DVI, one with HDMI ) and it works great.
