Would like to know Power Supply rating.  300W, 400W, other?

Mine has 460. super quiet and seems to be adequate.  I have added a second hard drive and a second DVR.

Is the OS disk come with it a Windows 8.1 PRO version or a plain 8.1?

The disk does not say if it is Pro or not it just says 8.1 64 bit but I think I read some where it was Pro.  FYI after this was setup and all windows update with the Windows 7, Microsoft is offering a free update to Windows 10 it installs as an optional update and then you get a notification in your sys tray to reserve your free update.  From what I am reading this is being offered to a lot of users on select computers until July 2016. It is supposed to install on approx. 7/29/15, I would stay at 7 and go to the 10. Windows 10 is supposed to be way better than 8.1.
