The DeLonghi Dual-Zone Deep Fryer lets you cook up to 3 pounds of food at a time, so you’ll spend less time in the kitchen at your next party! Unique technology heats the oil at the top of the unit, so the food cooks in the current of freshly-heated oil, and debris falls to the bottom, below the hottest oil, to prevent burning and foul odors. An adjustable digital thermostat keeps your oil temperature constant, so your food cooks evenly and quickly, and you get consistent results every time. A permanent mesh filter inside the lid helps keep odors and oil vapor from escaping into your home.
DeLonghi designed this fryer for safety with smart features like a removable cool-touch handle for the frying basket, a magnetic cord connection which will detach before allowing the fryer to be pulled over by the cord, and a condensation shield to keep moisture out of the cord connector.
