The adjustable thermostat maintains your oil temperature for perfect results every time, and a digital timer with bell signal lets you know when it’s ready. Two replaceable filters keep odors and oil vapor from escaping into your home.

DeLonghi designed this fryer for safety with smart features like an exterior handle to lift or lower the frying basket while the lid is closed, non-slip feet, a magnetic cord connection which will detach before allowing the fryer to be pulled over by the cord, and a condensation shield to keep moisture out of the cord connector. Keep an eye on your food as it cooks, without letting the moisture and heat out, or risking a hot oil splash, thanks to the glass viewing window.
