120mm x 120mm x 38mm.
Weighs over twice that of a typical 120mm, but has a good strong frame construction. Weight is focused at the center due to the bearings and larger motor.

My pc has one 120mm front intake fan and one 120mm rear exhaust fan. Will replacing both of these with 2 Delta fans improve my gpu and cpu temps, or just mess up proper air flow?

Check the CFM info on the fans you are using and the delta fans, cfm measures how much air a fan pushes if it is a higher number it might do a better job cooling your pc as long as the cfm is not lower it will not matter.
