Why does the detector just beeps all the time without detecting any target?
The continuous alarm could be due to indoor use, EMI, incorrect handling, or proximity of detectors. Try outdoors, change area, scan slowly, hold correctly, or keep 6m between detectors.
Why the detector doesn't beep when detect metal?
If the detector doesn't beep when detecting metal, check the battery, usage, and metal type. For accurate results, place the detector in an open area, turn it on, and it should work correctly.
What batteries do you provide?
We provide two 9V batteries to get you started, but please note they have limited battery life. We recommend having spare batteries on hand before extended or intensive use to ensure an uninterrupted detecting experience.
How deep can it detect?
A: Typically, under benign soil conditions, our metal detectors can detect U.S. coins to a maximum depth of about 4 inch. If you have deeper probing needs, consider our M55 model (ASIN: B0D2P5VKTH), which can detect up to 11" deep.
Why is beeping sound in water?
The beeping sound in water can result from the detector's sensitivity to water conductivity or minerals. When searching in or over saltwater, it is recommended to search in the DISC Mode and reject the iron to find your jewelry.
