The heating time depending on its contents and which voltage is used. Generally, it takes about 20-40 minutes for room temp. food and 40-60 minutes for refrigerated food. We recommend you allow enough time for heating while you're driving or working.
Should I add water to the food inside the container before heating?
If you are heating dry food or not heavily sauced food, to ensure perfect even heating and moist food texture, it is recommended to add a tablespoon or two of water.
How to clean and keep it?
To clean, take out the inner pot and clean it with warm soapy water to loosen the food remains. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe with a wet cloth or sponge, then dry. To remove any water spots or other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar.
