HLERMYE's Origin
2020 rainy season, our design director suddenly burst into tears while wiping the water stains on the windowsill - she realized that all the cleaning tools on the market emphasize "strong stain removal," yet no one pays attention to the pain in women's wrists. This moment gave rise to HLERMYE's founding declaration: "Let cleaning be healing, not exhausting."
What makes our products unique?
After analyzing 37 household chores, we found inspiration in ballet dancers' elegance: upright like the elegant baton of a graceful conductor, and gentle to hold like a soft feather duster.

Why does the steam mop sometimes not produce steam when water is added and it is powered on?
Please ensure that the metal ball at the end of the water pipe inside the steam mop’s tank remains fully submerged in water whenever you use it as a steam mop or steam cleaner.Turn on and wait patiently for about 20 seconds.
How long is the power cord?
The cord is 5 meters long—long enough to reach every corner of the room without being so long that it tangles easily.

If I detach the unit into handheld mode, can I use it on carpets?
Carpets are best handled by dedicated carpet-cleaning machines. The steam will dampen the fibers, making the carpet more prone to re-soiling.
Can I add detergent or other cleaning chemicals to the water tank?
No. Use only tap water (or distilled water for areas with hard water). No additional cleaners are necessary.
Is the mop pad washable?
Yes, you can manually clean or directly put the mop cloth into the washing machine. (more mop cloths or accessory brush heads are sold separately in our store)
