Question 1

I'm currently swapping three family members to this case but while working on the first one I ran into an issue of the fan controls shutting down the computer is this a power supply issue as I am running a 550w BFG in the first tower however the other two have 850W Ultra X4 power supplies or is this an issue with the case itself?

I have not run into that issue.  Though I'm running 1000w power supply. How many hard drives,  what type of video card,  and what processor ghz, cores,  brand, are you running?  I wouldn't think that all three of the towers would have that issue due to a factory defect.

Can I put dvd burners in the hot swap docking?

Not a clear question.

I'm assuming you are referring to the "Hot Swap" bay at the top of the case, rather than any other location.  (Coming from the server world, I'm not sure that the bay qualifies as a true "Hot Swap", since there would normally be some additional circuitry on hot swap backplanes.)

I've not actually tried, and it may depend on the design of the drive, as standard internal hard drives have a specified position for the connector on the permitted dimensional profile.  I don't know if the same holds true for some, most, or all internal DVD drives.

I can tell you that a standard internal 3.5 half height drive fits face up, connector to the front, with NO vertical wiggle room.  Minimal side to side clearance, and ample rear clearance.

Hi All, I am building a new PC and have these three components that looks like it should fit based upon the spec's provided.  Can anyone confirm these should all fit?

It will fit but u have to tske the top side fan out it doesnt hurt anything with it removed i actually have a better case temp with it out then when i had it in

how many fans come with case?

7 ea. 120MM LED fans:  2 front + 2 top + 2 on 1 side panel, + 1 rear.

Is the panel with no fan vents removable?  I'd like to paint on it.

You can remove both side panels yes. The one without the fans is the back where you're gonna hide your wires. I use beer stickers instead of paint though. :)

This is just the case for a PC and  not a complete build. It is a "full tower" and is large enough to house most PC build combinations, unless your CPU cooler states that it will not fit in most towers.

Does this case support the use of a liquid cooling system?

I can't actually answer that from experience, although I do plan on purchasing one at some point.  It has two sets of feedthrough locations, above and below the fan.  That is about all I can tell you specifically.

I suspect that much will depend on the various components and geometries.  Perhaps if you asked with regard to a specific cooling system, you may get more information.

My intent, is to use the Intel cooler, if it is still available when I'm ready.

This is Absolutely the case for you. This case has tons of room and is setup to accept different size boards and plenty of room for that Large video card you plan on installing. It has plenty of cooling fans to keep thing running efficiently. I hopes this helps your decision and good luck on your build! You will be hooked from now on and prolly never will buy another store bought computer!

will this case support asus mother boards?

This case will support the board. However a aftermarket cooler back plate may interfere with the mobo installation. The case has a strange cut out for that like it is offset and the plate will get jammed between the mob and the edge of the cut out. If you use a stock cpu cooler you should be good.
