What material is the window made of? Is it plastic or plexiglass?

The window is plastic. It is super easy to replace with the material of your choice, if thats what you want to do. I will be replacing mine with a chunk of glass eventually.

Yes. I currently have 2 of the G1 Gaming GTX 970s in this case. There is plenty of room. No annoying drive cage in the way.

How do you take off the front panel?

There are 3 or 4 round pressure tabs on each side.  I use a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze them together then push them through.  Once you have one or two compressed and pushed through, the other should just "pop" loose (I gently used a flat tip screw driver with a piece of cloth over it to "persuade" the others to pop loose.  
There is a bundle of wires connected at the top, so be careful not to damage them... I hope this helps

So i bought this case and i don't understand how i am suppose to install the hard drive because there are no trays ?

There are two trays for full mechanical hard drives in the basement of the case towards the front. You will need screws that fit in the hard drives though as I don't believe any came with the case. Also, install them before your power supply, otherwise you won't have enough room to screw in the screws on the side facing the back of the case.

Does the case include a position on the top to place a fan? If so what are the dimensions?

Yes, it does.  You can mount either a 120mm or a 140mm fan.  It is right on top of where your CPU heatsink would be.

Does this case have a built in Wifi adapter or will I have to buy one?

Cases don't come with wifi.
The motherboard would be the component that potentially comes with wifi.

I honestly have no idea. I got this for my parents, so it wasn't intended for gaming; just basic computing.  I have a feeling that the gaming motherboard you have might be a tight fit.  Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.  Good luck with your search!

There is one fan on the upper backside, one on the top, and space for 3 on the front behind the faceplate. I only have two because I still use a DVD drive and I'd have to give up that room for a third fan. So 5 total areas for fans. 4 if you're using the drive slots on the front.

Question 10

Anyone else have an issue with the front audio in jacks? They aren't working for me with my headset/mic and i think it may be the case cables and not my mobo, works fine in the back.

Mine works perfectly. It is super easy to replace them if they are faulty. New jacks will need a touch of hot glue to stay in place though.
